Our heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors are installed in the secure, undisturbed ground beyond your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected to a wall plate by a steel rod which provides pressure for clamping against the inside of the foundation wall. This method also offers the possibility of straightening the wall back to its original position. In residential and commercial structures, this repair system has an excellent track record.

At Seattle Foundation Repair, we can repair foundation issues related to bowing, buckling basement walls of all types. Our wall anchor systems include a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a performance warranty from us.

Wall Anchor Advantages

  • Year-round maintenance
  • Many jobs completed in one day
  • Potential to realign bowed walls
  • Minimal disturbance to house, yard, & landscaping
  • Will not harm interior flooring
  • Won’t infringe available basement storage

WHEN TO USE WALL ANCHORS

Wall anchors are the most versatile method of wall repair, as they can be used to stabilize walls with a variety of problems, including bowing walls, tipping walls, and walls pushing in at the bottom. Wall anchors are installed independently of the floor systems of your home, making them, the ideal installation under certain conditions.

To work effectively with a wall anchor device, several feet of access outside your house is necessary. Wall anchors are not a valid option in locations where homes are just a few feet apart. We would suggest another wall repair option if this is the case for you.

Commercial Applications

Contractors use our piering systems whenever the soil sample indicates a deep foundation solution. This is required when they want to avoid excavation expenses, such as tilt-up construction.

Industrial Applications

Plant managers love our anchors because of speed in which they are installed. With our system there is minimum impact to daily operations.
