BASEMENT WATERPROOFING

GIVE US A CALL TODAY FOR YOUR FREE ESTIMATE

Most builders, architects, and engineers have been neglectful in their designs as to what is absolutely necessary to assure a dry basement. As you may have noticed, your basement walls (interior or exterior) have never been waterproofed with a rubber membrane. And, your basement floor has never been properly protected below the slab.

Our complete basement waterproofing system includes all the solutions you need for a dry, comfortable, odor-free basement; no matter what’s causing your issues. We offer many solutions for your home, including sump pumps, basement drainage systems, dehumidifiers, crack repairs, vapor barriers, and more. We also provide annual maintenance and offer a Customer Care Plan to help you easily maintain your waterproofing system.

BASEMENT WATERPROOFING SOLUTIONS

We provide a variety of waterproofing solutions. Excavation consists of digging out all the dirt that sits by the walls down to footer level; replacing the footer tiles, sealing the walls, covering that with gravel, and backfilling with soil to grade level.

For the interior, work is performed from the inside of the basement. The floor is opened next to the outside walls, and drain tile is installed and surrounded by gravel. The pipe is connected to a sump pump, which discharges the water.

Homeowners choose them to prevent sagging foundations. If you are experiencing cracked foundations or drywall it may be signs that your foundation needs a permanent stability solution.

Commercial Applications

Contractors use our piering systems whenever the soil sample indicates a deep foundation solution. This is required when they want to avoid excavation expenses, such as tilt-up construction.

Industrial Applications

Plant managers love our anchors because of speed in which they are installed. With our system there is minimum impact to daily operations.
